To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once approved, place a new order separately.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
